Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
Please read carefully before booking or using the sauna. By making a reservation or
entering the facility, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Personal Responsibility and Group Bookings
By making a reservation with The Dip Sauna, you confirm that you have read and understood this
waiver. If you are booking on behalf of others, you accept responsibility for ensuring all
participants are made aware of and comply with these terms. Safety is a shared responsibility—
please act accordingly.
2. Health & Medical Considerations
•Age Restriction: Use of the sauna is strictly limited to individuals 16 years of age and older. No
exceptions.
•Use at Own Risk: Sauna use involves exposure to high heat and, potentially, cold-water
immersion. All participants do so voluntarily and at their own risk.
•Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions—including but not limited to
cardiovascular issues, respiratory problems, high/low blood pressure, history of dizziness or
fainting, pregnancy, or are taking prescription medications—you must consult a healthcare
provider prior to sauna use.
•Self-Monitoring: You are solely responsible for your own health and safety. If you experience
discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or any unusual symptoms, exit the sauna immediately.
•Allergies: If you are allergic to insect bites or stings, please carry appropriate medication (e.g.,
EpiPen) with you. Wild Skies Sauna is not liable for allergic reactions or medical emergencies.
•Water Use: Entry into any nearby natural body of water (e.g., river or sea) is at your own
discretion and risk. Ensure you are a competent swimmer and can tolerate cold exposure before
doing so.
3. User Conduct & Safety Rules
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests:
•Cleanliness: Please shower or rinse before entering the sauna. Always sit on a towel.
•Substances: The use of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly
**prohibited**. Guests who appear intoxicated will be refused entry without refund.
•Smoking & Glass: Smoking, vaping, and glass containers are strictly **prohibited** in or near the
sauna.
•Property & Personal Items: The Dip Sauna is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of
personal belongings. Please bring only what is necessary.
•Proper Use: Only use the provided ladle and bucket to pour water on the sauna stones. Do not
add oils, herbs, or other substances.
•Heat Caution: To avoid burns, pour water slowly and keep your hand clear of the rising steam.
Begin at the back of the stove and move forward.
•Movement & Surfaces: Walk carefully inside and outside the sauna, especially if barefoot.
Surfaces may be wet or uneven.
4. What to Bring
